| The Chest Harness: This is a simple and basic chest harness. Advantages: Looks pretty, feels comfortable, and stimulates multiple points on the chest and back.

| Sabrina says: Please Sir, please tie me up. I'll be ever so good, Sir! | 8mm cotton rope: 6 or 8 mm rope is good for harnesses. First, tie a lark's head around the bottom of the breasts. Make sure the bight lies in the mid-back. |
